The Educational Leadership graduate degrees and graduate certificate programs are designed to prepare qualified persons for a variety of leadership roles. Placement of recent graduates have been in the following areas: principalships and other school-site administrative and supervisory positions; superintendents and other central administrative personnel; and federal and state governmental positions in education.
The Princeton Review, which provides admissions resources for students, has included the online Educational Leadership doctoral program in its Best Online Doctor of Education Programs for 2024, according to University of Arkansas News.

Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership
The Master of Education in Educational Leadership prepares students seeking administrative positions in elementary and secondary schools. The master's degree is offered online during the summer, fall, and spring semester. Admission is rolling throughout the year.
M.Ed.: IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship
The purpose of the IMPACT Arkansas Fellowship is to prepare future leaders in low-income elementary and secondary schools throughout Arkansas. Fellows receive a Master of Education in Educational Leadership upon completion of this 18-month program.
Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership
The Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership provides professional preparation for students involved in school site administration and those who have district-wide administrative responsibility. The specialist degree is offered online and admission is rolling throughout the year.
Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership
The Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership provides professional preparation for students pursuing careers as leaders of school systems and college faculty.
Administrative Licensure Programs of Study
The program provides an avenue to licensure for future school and district administrators. The Arkansas Department of Education recognizes these administrator licenses -- Building Level Administrator, Curriculum/Program Administrator and District Level Administrator.
