Paul Hewitt, assistant professor of educational leadership in the College of Education and Health Professions, and Judith Tavano, director of the college's Professional Development Academy, were interviewed for a feature story in the spring 2009 issue of Arkansas magazine. The article details a shortage of school principals in the nation and how generational characteristics factor into the situation. Arkansas is the magazine of the Arkansas Alumni Association Inc.
