Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in Secondary Education

The Secondary Education program prepares teachers for middle and high schools in a wide variety of teaching areas.  Students earn a Bachelor’s Degree from an Arts and Sciences Department and enter the Master of Arts in Teaching Program in Secondary Education.  The Secondary M.A.T. program is a one year, full-time program where students serve internships in local schools while completing courses for the graduate degree.
