Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in Middle Level Education
The Middle Level Education Program prepares teachers for teaching in middle schools. In Arkansas, that is grades 5-8. Students can earn a B.S.E. or a M.A.T. in Middle Level Education. The B.S.E. prepares students for the M.A.T. program. Students can emphasize social studies/English or math/science.
